Neil Grimwood invented the Staples TackDots™ (click TackDots ). What are TackDots ?
Basically, this is where the story begins. Many years ago Neil found a need and decided to fill it. He invented and fabricated something no one had ever thought of before. In fact, when people see it now they say, "WHY didn't I think of that?" Well, Neil did think of it, while rollerblading thousands of miles in Venice California, and he did something about it, being of an inventor's mind.
As the (true) story goes, a reminder note fell off his computer monitor and he missed an important meeting because the note drifted to the floor. He decided 'why not make a mini-bulletin board that would fit on your monitor - or anywhere -- and hold your notes'. So..he did. And it's now available at Staples— The Office Superstore.
Originally called StickDots, Neil's Staples TackDots are mini-bulletin boards that go ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE that you want them to go, such as on your computer monitor, inside your cabinet to post lists, on refrigerator doors, on your dashboard to hold maps and directions or your IPOD, on file cabinets, your phone or fax machine, etc. A "buncha dots" on a wall and voila! - a storyboard !
